Our Story
How POSVERSE came to be
It all started back in 2020. Sasin and Abhushan were hanging out with friends who owned restaurants, and honestly? They were complaining. A lot. About their POS systems crashing. About losing orders. About spending hours trying to figure out why something wasn't working. The usual stuff, you know?
But here's the thing—they weren't just complaining. They were genuinely stressed. One friend almost cried when their system went down during a huge catering order. Another spent their entire weekend trying to fix a payment processing issue. That's when the lightbulb went off: "Why is this so hard? Why can't someone just make something that works?"
So we did. For five years, we built this thing. There were nights we wanted to give up. Days where nothing worked. Times we questioned if we were crazy for trying. But every time we'd talk to another restaurant owner and hear their struggles, we'd remember why we started.
Now, in 2025, POSVERSE is real. And the best part? It actually works. We've seen owners save hours every week. We've watched businesses grow because they're not fighting with their technology anymore. That feeling? That's why we keep going.

The Lightbulb Moment
You know those moments where you're like 'someone should really fix this'? That was us. We saw our friends struggling with terrible POS systems and thought... why not us? Why can't we be the ones to fix it? So we decided to try.
Talking to Everyone
We basically became professional listeners. Talked to dozens of restaurant owners. Asked them what sucked about their current systems. Took notes. A lot of notes. Turns out, everyone had the same problems. That's when we knew we were onto something.
Actually Building It
This is where it got real. Started writing code. Made designs. Built prototypes that mostly didn't work. But some did. And those moments when something actually worked? That kept us going. We were making progress, even if it was slow.
Real Restaurants, Real Feedback
Got some brave restaurant owners to try our beta version. Some things worked great. Some things... didn't. But the feedback was gold. Every complaint was a chance to make it better. Every 'this is awesome' kept us motivated.
The Home Stretch
