Processing your first order


Ready to process your first order? Follow these steps to get started.


Before You Start


Make sure you have:

Menu items added
Payment methods configured
Staff logged in
Tables set up (if applicable)

Taking an Order


1. Select the table or order type (Dine-in, Takeout, Delivery)

2. Browse or search for menu items

3. Select items and quantities

4. Add modifiers if needed

5. Review the order

6. Send to kitchen (if applicable)


Processing Payment


Once the order is complete:

1. Click "Checkout" or "Pay"

2. Select payment method

3. Enter amount (if partial payment)

4. Process the payment

5. Print or email receipt


Handling Special Situations


Discounts:

Apply percentage or fixed discounts
Use promo codes
Manager approval for large discounts

Modifications:

Add special instructions
Substitute items
Remove ingredients

Split Payments:

Divide bill among multiple payment methods
Split by items or amount
