Control what each staff member can access and do in the system.


Permission Levels


POSVERSE offers different permission levels:

Manager (full access)
Server (order taking)
Kitchen (order viewing)
Cashier (payment processing)
Custom roles

Default Roles


Pre-configured roles:

**Manager**: All features
**Server**: Orders and payments
**Kitchen**: View orders only
**Cashier**: Payments only

Custom Permissions


Create custom roles:

1. Go to Staff Management

2. Select "Roles & Permissions"

3. Create new role

4. Set specific permissions

5. Assign to staff
